Terms & Conditions - End to End Property Management Service

This offer is only open to new Houseports customers with properties that are ready to be marketed or managed.

This offer is not transferable.

The promotional offer excludes optional extras (such as Accompanied Viewings, Photography, Deposit Protection, Home Emergency cover etc.) that are purchased in addition to our management service.

 

The 3 free month period starts from the point that Houseports manages the property, which is defined as either when Houseports takes over property management of a tenanted property from another agent, or from when a new tenant is placed in the property if the property is currently empty.

By opting-in to this promotional offer, you agree to continue your management service contract with Houseports an additional 12 months after the 3 months period has finished. Our appointment for the additional 12 months will be a fixed term and you agree that you will not have a right to terminate it early unless we commit a serious breach of any part of our agreement with you, in which case you may give in accordance with our terms of business. Any other entitlement for you to terminate the agreement shall be disapplied during the free three months and the additional 12 months.

The Houseports End to End Property Management fee, if selected, (£35/month for properties outside M25, £75/month for properties inside M25) will be applicable from the 4th month of management.
